Client Experiences

Hi Rizwan, Thanks again for the thorough inspection you performed. I was very impressed with the amount of details you checked. It was also very informative to be able to be present during your inspection. Having you show me the various items in the unit will come in very handy if I purchase; I’m sure it would have taken me forever to find that water shut off valve.
I would not hesitate to recommend your services to any home buyer wanting a comprehensive inspection of their new (or at least new to them) home. Thanks again,”

Inspection Services

The purpose of home inspection is to find out major problem/s that potentially could cost a lot after purchasing the property. The other objective is to look for safety issues, health hazards, water ingress and maintenance.

We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out. As a Certified Professional Home Inspector, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation. Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then we will move inside to exam ine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows. The heating, plumbing and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space. Here are some of the many items we will be looking at during your home inspection:
