Rizwan Syed, the President of Final Check Home Inspections, is a fully licensed and certified Home Inspector. He is also an AHERA Certified Asbestos Inspector. Final Check Home Inspections is proud to have an A+ Rating by the Better Business Bureau. Rizwan has successfully completed his certification at BCIT and is qualified by the Applied Science Technology and Technician BC. Final Check Home Inspections is licensed by Consumer Protection.

Rizwan Syed has had extensive experience and is very passionate about the housing industry. Upon graduation from the faculty of Architecture, DCET, Karachi (1982), he practiced several years as an Architect and has designed numerous single family homes, town homes, duplexes, condos, commercial buildings, educational/institutional and industrial buildings.

​

His desire to work on a larger scale lead Rizwan into the public sector, where he worked as an urban planner for several years. In his new role, he found passion in planning and designing recreational facilities, parks, playgrounds, and urban beautification projects. Soon after, he joined the UN as an urban planner on coastal development projects. His desire to learn more and further his experience, led him to the University of Arizona, where he successfully graduated from the masters program.
